Really nice option. Close to the tram/bus stop, in a walking distance to the city center and a few shopping malls. Everything was crispy clean and worked as expected.
The property itself is fine, the only disadvantage I’d name is like really noisy sounds of trams and vehicles 24/7 as the windows are facing a very busy street. Also keep in mind the apartment is on the upper floor with no elevator so while perfectly fine for younger travelers- it could be a challenge for the seniors.

Duże, dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie. Komfortowe dla.rodzin z dziećmi.
2 Duże rozkładane łóżka, wyposażona duża kuchnia.
3 piętro bez windy, wyspkie piętra bo to kamienica, ale można się przyzwyczaić 😁

Location was amazing, connected to every part of the city.
Capitol was kinda noisy but windows had a good noise cancelation so it was okay. Apartment was great and specious.
Only downside it had was the outside of the entire building is not clean, and i guess it's neighborhoods fault.
But it do not bother me much.

* čistý, pohodlný, prostorný, dobře vybavený apartmán
* perfektní lokalita blízko centra města i hlavního nádraží
* hned před domem tramvajový uzel takže výborná dopravní dostupnost pro cesty po městě
* v blízkém okolí základní obchody (pekárna, Žabka)
* vhodný pro pár nebo rodinu s dvěma menšími dětmi / školáky nebo jedním větším dítětem (reálně 3 a 1/2 lůžka)
* instrukce pro vstup do apartmánu byly jasně a přehledné
* V noci trochu rušno, pod okny jezdí tramvaje, ale v zásadě nám to nevadilo a pro děti to byla spíš atrakce (ale pokud má někdo v noci rád úplné ticho, může mu to vadit)
* vstup ze dvora nebyl moc pěkný
