We booked an Executive Room, which, even as of June 2026, is being advertised on the website with attractive interiors and amenities. Unfortunately, the room we received was nothing like what was shown in the photos. The actual room was outdated, poorly maintained, and did not match the advertised images in any way. We were a group of four people (three adults and a 3-year-old child). The room description and photos suggested that an extra bed would be provided, but instead we were given a mattress on the floor, which was quite disappointing. The bathroom and toilet were separate, but both were in poor condition. The shower setup was old and worn out, the floors were dirty, and there was a persistent unpleasant smell. Even after requesting room freshener sachets, the odor remained and made the stay uncomfortable. The swimming pool experience was equally disappointing. There is a consent form and clear instructions stating that proper lycra swimwear must be worn before entering the pool. However, during our stay, I observed several people ignoring these rules, and no staff member intervened or enforced them. In fact, some of these individuals did not even appear to be staying at the hotel, which raises serious concerns about access control and guest safety. Additionally, people were washing their sandals and dipping their feet in the pool, and the water quality visibly deteriorated, turning yellowish within a short period. There were no effective measures in place to maintain hygiene standards or educate guests about pool etiquette. As a parent, it became impossible to feel comfortable allowing my child to enter that water. The only positive aspect of the property is its location, which is approximately 8 minutes away from Shrivardhan Beach. However, considering the price charged for the stay, I would strongly recommend exploring other accommodation options in the area that offer better value, cleanliness, and overall guest experience. The photos on the website appear to be many years old and do not accurately reflect the current condition of the property. The gap between what is advertised and what is actually provided is significant and misleading. I would advise future guests to carefully review recent photos and reviews before making a booking. I would also request Agoda to verify and validate whether the property photos displayed on the listing are current and accurately represent the present condition of the hotel. Based on my experience, the photos do not appear to be recent and create expectations that are far from reality. Guests make booking decisions based on these images, and it is important that online listings reflect the actual condition of the property to avoid misleading customers.

Though the Promoters, Developers has invested to best of their ability. But after the Development, Management, Staff is not maintaining it. The Hygiene was not adequate, Linen's were poor, in the Bathroom the Shampoo & Body Gel were empty, not refiled, there were strane kind of insects in the room & Bathroom. The rooms are too compact, as compared to other resorts,, in spite of the charges were highest in comparison to other Hotel Property.
