My wife and I loved the atmosphere, the bed slept well, and the experience was wonderful.

Though the hotel is in the midst of a market, it is close to the subway. Restaurant and shops are present in the area making it very convenient.
Truly appreciate the excellent hotel staff for making our stay comfortable.
However one very recommendations to the hotel which we hope they will make improvements. The room lights and ambiance are insufficient. Yellow lights are used instead of cool daylight lightings. Need brighter room. Other than that, it was good and we will book Gray hotel again on our next trip to Seoul.

I feel as though I definitely overpaid. The hotel boasts being non smoking but the bathroom smelled like an ashtray. The lighting is incredibly dim in the entire room and the neighborhood is a bit noisy
