    I’ve lived in Japan for 25+ years and this place has been the best to stay in Fukuoka for the price. +easy check-in +10-15 min walk to Canal City, Tenjin, Hakata +spacious like an apartment +quiet neighborhood with several coffee shops nearby +7/11 across the street

    The room was very comfortable and clean and had all the amenities we needed. Not a lot of space, but this was fine as we planned to spend most of our time outside. It was great for a two night stay. There is an elevator which was a huge relief, since we had 25kg bags to carry around. There are pay parking options very close to the hotel, including one literally across the street in front of the hotel. The staff were responsive through the Agoda app and were friendly and polite. This is a self check-in hotel, but the screens to use for the check-in had other language options, so it was pretty straightforward. Similarly, we had to use the screens to check-out of the hotel.

    Great Location. About 10 to 15 Minutes walk to JR Hakata Station, 5 to 7 walk to Kushida Shrine Station, 10 Minutes walk to Gion Station. Near Canal City Shopping Mall. Lots of Great Brands in the Mall. Variety of Food Options. There is also a Shounen Jump Shop there, Many Anime Shops, Souvenir Shops. Near Kushida Shrine, Hakata Gion Old Street, Nakasu Kawabata Shopping Street. There is also a 7-11 and Family Mart nearby which is very convinient. Can also check out the Nakasu Yataigai, but need to be earlier to avoid crowd. Perfect for Couples or Friends travelling in 2 or 3. Room is clean, & they do clean up every 3 days. There is a Instruction Booklet about Everything in Japanese, English, Chinese & Korean.
