    I am incredibly disappointed with our stay and highly regret booking this place. Our check-in time was confirmed for 1:00 PM, but when we arrived, the caretaker was completely unreachable and left us waiting in the lobby for an entire hour. To make matters worse, the weather was terrible, making the long wait even more stressful. When we were finally checked in at 2:00 PM, we were furious to find out they gave us a Studio room instead of the Deluxe Pool room we had actually booked and paid for. The room we received is much cheaper, yet management refused to provide a refund for the price difference. On top of that, basic promised amenities like water and tissues were missing. This place is absolutely not worth the money or the hassle.

    When we booked the place we didn’t expect much but I was sent an email that bottled water and coffee are provided but when we arrived, there was none, so we didn’t bring any.. We were expecting also that slippers and towels are provided for 2 pax because I added in our booking the number of guests that will use the room but surprisingly, there was only for 1 person.

    So far ok naman yun stay ok naman ang roo budget friendly sya talaga, sana ma improve ang internet since ang gusto nga namin is pahinga ganun sana ok and reliable yun WiFi. sana yun TV medyo malaki and yun rice cooker is not working, the heater sa shower sa master bedroom is not working as well. sana maayos. Yun lang so far pero maayos naman ang iba pa. Nag enjoy naman kami.
