Het huis is gelegen in een rustig dorpje boven op een berg met een fantastisch uitzicht. Het huis was ruim en schoon. De bovenverdieping van het huis wordt bewoond door een ouder echtpaar. Hele aardige mensen.
We hadden een huis uitgezocht op de aanwezigheid van een Barbecue en Wifi. Beiden waren niet aanwezig. Ook was er geen wasmachine, magnetron en koffiezetapparaat aanwezig. Dit zou er wel zijn volgens Booking.com. We hebben hier contact over gehad met Como lake holidays. Ze zouden hierover terugbellen, maar dat moeten ze nog steeds doen. Meer zaken misten we. Wijnglazen bijvoorbeeld. Ook moesten we de gaskraan in de keuken steeds dichtdraaien om te voorkomen dat het naar gas ging stinken. Niet heel erg, maar wel wat gevaarlijk.
