The location is very good!

The property was not clean enough for me.

bella la posizione. struttura accogliente. molto comodo il divano. appartamento top per le nostre esigenze.

pavimento non pulitissimo ma ok. corrimano del letto a soppalco non così stabile ma comunque dignitoso.

Location 8/10, easy check in, nearby shops, restaurants, park but old not restored building, bad smell at the entrance AC was the only good thing

- cleanliness: 3/10 floor, bathroom and kitchen were dirty, collected dust in every corner, bathroom smelled like mold, there is no ventilation, towels were musty so we asked for some clean ones, after 2 calls eventually we got some other towels, same smell, they are not properly washed and disinfected, we bought detergent and wash it ourselves. Kitchen sink smelled really bad and there were a lot of small flies, the ones that usually gather around garbage and rotten food, that happens when you leave the garbage inside for too long. The kitchen was equipped but I didn’t want to cook anything there since it seemed unhygienic. - customer service 5/10 - there is a generic number you can call and hold in line, they register your request and then someone else will handle it. Very impersonal and time consuming, since I had to call 2 times, asked for an extra bed sheet for the sofa and clean towels, they registered the request but no one handle it, so I had to cal next day, eventually they brought the towels but no bed sheet so I had to use the cover from one of the duvets. - the setup upstairs it is really unsafe, there are no protections on the side only some decorative ropes so I had to sleep with the baby on the sofa downstairs, it was dangerous for him to roll over the bed and fall from the floor, so totally not recommended this type of set up if you travel with a child. This is not the property’s fault since it was clear from the pictures but I didn’t realise until we arrived.
