Inside was lovely - clean, spacious, comfortable, well equipped. Instructions were clear. Our host was very responsive and even included a bottle of local wine. It was very reasonable price, half an hour walk to market or thermal baths, 5 minute walk to eateries.
The exterior of the building and inner courtyard were in poor condition with graffiti and urban grime - we were not sure if it was a safe place at first - and street noise/window broken below me overnight. We had a car and the process steps resembled Amazing Race to get it all done but the instructions were clear so we could do it.
