Staff, hotel & food were great but our accommodation was not in the hotel and was in need of a revamp, bathroom needed replaced and carpet was well stained.

When I first walked in I was made to feel welcome, but also in a very genui e manner. The deal I got for 2 nights was exceptional and even I clouding a cooked breakfast with GF sausages. Yes, the building shows signs of age but it has all you require for a few nights stay. I've heard the dinner menu is very good but I've yet to try it. Surrou by lovely countryside, though really you require a car. Superb value :-]

Great hotel short drive approximately 8 miles from Perth and not too far from St Andrews Pitlochry and Dundee.Right next to the Glenfarg railway tunnels if you fancy a spooky walk but take a torch.Staff and manager Gary couldn't have been more helpful and room and hotel were great just the chill weekend we needed
