Ruim, mooi vernieuwd en heel proper appartement, heel goed gelegen. Goed geisoleerd tegen geluidshinder, zowel van binnen het gebouw als van buiten. Een aanrader!
Beetje moeilijke communicatie, we vroegen check in vanaf 13u, kon pas vanaf 14u. De instructies kregen we heel laat door, het opgegeven adres klopte niet, flat 6 bleek flat 5 te moeten zijn. Bovendien waren ze op het moment van inchecken telefonisch niet bereikbaar.
Er was geen WIFI en ook geen TV aansluiting.

The flat was basically ok and quite clean. The bed and pillows were very good. Lots of cupboard space in the bedroom.
Lots of problems. First of all, the flat is not by the sea so the map in Booking.com is very misleading. There is no sea view from the windows, just a narrow side street and bleak backyards.
We received an email telling the pin code for the key box. The code was wrong and so was the number of the flat. Luckily a cleaner was inside the building and gave us the key.
The waste bin in the kitchen was half full.
The A/C worked in the bedroom, but not in the kitchen/living room. I phoned the owner who said that it is out of order. We phoned again 15 minutes later and now we were told that the A/C does work, but we would have to pay extra to use it. She claimed that it is clearly mentioned on their Booking.com page that A/C costs extra. I don’t think so. We didn’t pay.
The kitchen has a good cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer. No kettle or toaster. No coffee, tea, sugar, salt or pepper, so you have to bring absolutely everything with you. The fridge/freezer was still cold when we arrived, but it had been switched off. Luckily we noticed that, because the freezer was quite full of ice. Also the hot water boiler had been switched off which we noticed the following day.
The bathroom was good, but needed cleaning. The floor of the shower cubicle looked a bit mouldy.
The TV was new, but there was no reception.
The flat doesn’t have Wifi.
It is very unlikely that we will come here again, there are so many other flats and hotels in Xlendi.
