Josef and staff are fantastic and you cannot find a better location on Gozo!

First, you will fall in love with Josef (pronounced Yosef), then you will fall in love with Villa Xemxija (pronounced Shem-shee-yah), then, if you haven't done so already, you will fall in love with Gozo.
Josef is so enthusiastic and passionate, and will spend time offering suggestions of where to go and what to do.
The rooms are all beautifully and spotlessly cleaned and maintained by Miljana and his parents.
His Mum and Dad built and renovated the villa, and still help, so it is a real traditional family feel to the business, not corporate.
The pool is lovely, the buildings and plants are carefully and lovingly maintained - the care and attention to detail is evident.
Half the people staying thrre have been coming here for years.
You will see why if you stay here!
We didn't like having to leave.
