Appartment was beautifully clean, kitted out, spacious and well maintained. Host was generous with some drinks in the fridge. Kitchen fully stocked for self catering as required. High balcony with view.
Xlendie maybe wasn't for us - but that's our fault as we didn't look into it enough (slightly older couple, off season (February), not much there - or open). Likely suits younger ones for a week or more of summer action/fun etc etc. later in the year.
Not the end of the world though as only a short bus ride into Victoria.

Modern with a view. Comfortable with all amenities
No table in dining area. Found it a bit hard to manage with kids. (To be fair there was an outdoor plastic table, but was always wet due to rain)

Nice apartment with great balcony and view of Xlendi Bay with fantastic sunsets. Note however very little sun on the balcony which was fine for us. Quite large apartment and very large bedroom with comfortable Queen bed quiet and good AC. Separate Laundry room with door with a washer and drying rack and soap provided. Kitchen with gaz stove top, electric oven, large refrigerator, toaster. No automatic coffee machine. They have a single percolator you can use. A kettle for the stove top as well. Great AC in the living room as well. Wifi was great in the living room and on the balcony but was very bad in the bedroom. Parking on street directly 20 meters away from apartment. Xlendi Bay has many good restaurants with amazing sunset views and it has many walking/small hikes and water activities to do directly from the beach area. Nice cozy little village to use a base in Gozo.
Quite a strong moldy smell in the staircase. I ran the AC on TURBO with external air intake to get the smell out of the apartment which worked.
FYI, the apartment is 43 steps from the street level (no lift) and about 200 steps from the beach which was ok for us and good exercise but could be a problem for some.

Tolle Lage, sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Xlendi ist zwar sehr touristisch, aber die Wohnung ist etwas abseits oben am Berg und damit auch sehr ruhig. Dafür ist das Angebot an Restaurants im Umkreis von 500 m sehr gut (mindestens 12...). Parken war überhaupt kein Problem, es gibt auf dem Platz vor dem Haus genügend kostenlose Parkplätze (falls man einen Mietwagen hat...)
Alles gut. Allerdings muss man bedenken, dass die Wohnung im 3. Stock liegt und man viele Treppen laufen muss (falls jemand damit Probleme haben sollte)! Auch gibt es kein WLAN, was allerdings (zumindest für uns) kein Problem war, da die 5G-Verbindung dort sehr gut ist
