Ottima la posizione centrale rispetto al paese di Carloforte ma allo stesso tempo non scomoda con l'auto, ben ottimizzato lo spazio interno
Andava tutto bene, forse l'unico dettaglio era la cucina molto minimale (mancava il forno), ma era comunque molto funzionale sia come organizzazione sia come utensili sia come alimenti di base
