About this apartment rental
Characteristic ground floor studio with an independent entrance, located in the picturesque town of Carloforte, on one of the most charming streets of the historic center, in the heart of the Cassinèe district. It was once used as a boat storage by coral fishermen and is just a few steps away from the current port where the ferries dock.
The apartment is a single space that includes a niche equipped as a small kitchen, with custom-made furniture, complete with a two-burner induction cooktop, an externally vented range hood, and an under-counter refrigerator with a small freezer compartment. You will find everything you need for cooking and setting the table for 4 people. There is also a corner equipped with everything needed for breakfast: a Nespresso coffee machine, an American coffee machine, an electric kettle, a toaster, and a microwave oven with a grill.
You will sleep in a comfortable French bed measuring 140x200 cm, which can be easily created by unfolding the sofa bed located under a charming arch. A 32-inch TV is available with both terrestrial and satellite digital channels to watch free-to-air channels from around the world. Upon request, a crib for 0-36 months can be provided for a small additional fee.
The property includes a bathroom with a window, equipped with a water heater for hot water, a shower cabin with a showerhead and hand shower, a sink with a mirror, and suspended WC and bidet. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, a hairdryer, and a vertical iron are provided.
In our accommodation, you will find everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach to the fullest: a chair with a small umbrella, a beach umbrella, and a mask with a snorkel.
Outside, there is a private bench next to the entrance door, coordinated with those of the other houses on the street, which have become a distinctive feature of the “caruggio” (a term in the Tabarchino dialect referring to the streets of the historic center).
Also outside, under the bathroom window sill, you will find a convenient folding drying rack to hang up beach towels after a pleasant day at the beach.
Additionally, there is a coin-operated laundry nearby.
