A perfect little house for two people. Perfect location to explore Wroxham and surrounding area. Parking space was great. Lots of space/shelves for stuff. Almost instant hot water. The heating soon warmed up the whole house. Lovely views of the river. Lots of water birds visited our door to be fed!
The outside furniture wasn’t clean. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for months. It would be better if the outside patio was gated in some way so the patio door could be safely left open without fear of our dog running off.
