A home from home.

We knew the area well, and the location of the cottage was ideal, being mid town. The cottage was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Everything worked! Information from hosts was accurate and easy to follow. We wished that our stay had been longer.

A good stay while price could be a slightly lower.

Location is very convenient to many restaurants like Kings Head, Old Mill cafe and shopping centre Roy. Stove in the sitting room makes whole room warmer and raised kids happiness. WiFi very strong , great! Heater warm enough!

Half wall block the view of lake which was not match the expection I had from the pictures. Not very clean indeed. No any shampoo in the bath room .

The house was clean with modern appliances. Pretty much like entering a new home. Parking is all clearly defined for each property and about 30m from the house. That said, you can temporarily pull up to the front of the house for unloading/loading.

Although you can fish the basin adjacent to the property it is not clear as to where you can fish from. Each property has its own allotted river frontage although they are not marked out at all. The full time residents soon made it clear that I was invading their space. I apologised and moved off, but from their attitude towards me, I guess this is a regular issue.

Lovely cottage as described with everything you need.The hosts gave us simple and clear instructions. It's quite and peaceful location yet close to the town centre. We had a wonderful time and we are already thinking of re-booking.

Disappointed that sitting outside meant staring at the blank wall of neighbour’s house.

Cleanliness. Comfortable sofas. Comfortable bed.

I had expected water frontage as shown in one of the promotional photos. It was only possible to see the river through a gap between neighbours’ wall and fence. As I’m elderly and have poor balance, I found front door entrance steps difficult.

Disappointed with the over all holiday home. It wasn't that clean. Heavy duvets on the bed

Location was good, easy walk to coffee shops, pubs and broads

Kichen cookware was very worn and dirty. Shower was not great. The view from the decking area wasn't great, looking at the side of the opposite house. Neighbours asked us not to make to much noise on our arrival, even before we went in! Came home a day early as had had enough!

The property is centrally located allowing walkable access to Wroxham center, a variety of restaurants and all the boating hire locations. The property is also very clean and has everything I could ask for on a family holiday.

Excellent position, clean and well stocked

Needed more cutlery, a nuisance having to wash every time you used a knife or fork. Parking was an issue. It would be very useful to know where to park if the party had more than one car.

Cute little place on the broads

Cute little place right on the water in Hoveton. Perfect location and ideal for our few nights away paddleboarding on the broads. My kids said the beds were soooooo comfy!

Lovely weekend , very peaceful and comfortable stay . Good communication with host and allowed an early check in.

Very clean and comfortable, kitchen was well equipped , everything you need was there. Nice touch to leave milk coffee tea. Very good location and very comfortable beds. Nice linen and plenty of pillows. Very large TV and comfortable sofas.

View from the house was poor just looking out to a wall and unfortunately the side view was blocked by neighbours privacy fencing.

Perfect little house next to the broads to use as a house base.

The house was modern, clean and more spacious and open than we realised. The decking was perfect for waking up in the morning with a coffee. The shower was amazing.

Only thing we had any kind of trouble was the front door. Sounds silly I know. But once we figured it out it was great.
