Kilka razy nie było prądu, ale to chyba jakieś przebudowy akurat robili w miejscowości.

So much space! Good layout, everywhere very clean. Very comfy beds, sofas and dining chairs, good decor and felt homely. Very private and quiet which made me feel 'free'. Water cooler provided - great. Kerim the owner was there to meet us at the villa on arrival and show us around. We took water and elec readings together. The total charges for the bills was only £15 - but we were only a couple. He accepts 'any currency' His office is only yards away in the same street and he was always on hand for any queries without being obtrusive at all. We had him in a couple of times to help with TV programming (but we still found it difficult to find different channels other than the BBC news channel! - techno phobes) 2 local supermarkets for all your self catering needs within a few mins walking distance and another one about 15 mins walk away at Forsa Mall. You can pay in Turkish Lira or your debit/credit card. The driver (Ufuk) provided by Kerim has very good English (which is unusual to find in Turkey) and was on hand all the time via Whatsapp - the wifi in the villa is very good at 500mb and his private taxi charges are MUCH more reasonable than yellow taxis - don't use them. We booked this villa rather than any other on offer by Kerim because of the higher speed Wifi - as husband needed to work some of the time. Well done Kerim, Ufuk and the lady cleaner (sorry don't recall her name) - it was a top holiday week for us and the villa was worth every single penny!

We really REALLY enjoyed our week and certainly totally recommend the villa. Be aware Antalya airport has no free wifi and as Turkey isn't in the EU mob charges are expensive if you use your own data without an International bolt on. The driver Ufuk - (who was a FANTASTIC help to us for the week) - was sent by Kerim to collect us at the airport - but he did not have a sign with my name on to hold up as promised. Instead he sent me a Whatsapp message - to which I couldn't reply. We found him by asking another Turkish driver to call him, this should be noted for future pick ups. The shower head in the first floor double bedroom ensuite was flopping down, we stuck this together with tape temporarily - it gave an excellent shower! The hinge left side of the vanity unit is broken, we didn't use it as there was other storage. The 1st floor (jacuzzi) bathroom was great and HUGE but just the toilet needs attention; after flushing it continuously fills - we worked out if you press the button again it will stop. The other many toilets all worked fine. The tiny bbq round the back was unfortunately very dirty, we didn't use it. Booking.com states there is a tennis court, gym and communal swimming pool, however none were in service and Kerim does not possess tennis racquets anyway. The private pool looks great and is very tempting but as unfortunately it isn't heated (we knew this) for us it was too cold, I braved it twice but husband not at all.. despite hot air temps in the late 20's. We mentioned it to Kerim and totally understood how expensive it is to heat the pool even a tiny bit. Ufuk drove us to local sandy beaches instead and the sea temp was great. We didn't wish to bother Kerim about the small issues listed while there - because they did not detract whatsoever from our stay, Couple of cats came daily to say hi as they generally do in Turkey..

Everything was perfect. It was an unforgettable vacation, everything was perfect. I remember having a problem with the air conditioner of a bedroom. I phoned Mr. Karim, claiming the problem, and within 5 minutes I found the technicians at the door asking for permission to intervene. (Problem immediately solved). Mr. Karim is an amazing person.

Nothing

The villa was perfect for all are family needs, plus the swimming pool was a massive bonus. Kerim, The property manager was very helpful and couldn't ask for anything more, would definitely recommend this villa to everyone. The villa is situated 5 mins taxi from Kadyrie and 5 mins taxi from Belek, giving us the opportunity to do different things each day. Big thank you again to Kerim for making are holiday as easy as possible, arranging are transfers and all are general needs that we required. Thanks Paul Farningham And Family
