Sandy Bottoms

Liked the location within walking distance to the beach. Good layout of the house and comfy beds. Property manager responded right away to concerns. Decently outfitted kitchen, had plenty of dishes, etc.

Stains on sheets that I had to change (some kind of oil/sticky on fitted and flat sheet) and what looked like black mold spots on pillowcases. Place had not been cleaned recently - there were dead bugs everywhere and very dusty (including extra blankets in cabinets). The house smelled extremely musty every time we came back to it (seemed like we got used to it while there) which made us wonder if there was a mold problem in the house. Stayed at many beach houses and never had that kind of smell. Extremely strong sulfur smell to water which didn't seem normal.
