The house was wonderful! As promised, the views were great! We spent a lot of time on the deck - loved the dining table! The best part of our experience was the check in/check out time! We are used to 4:00 PM check in and 10:00AM check out with so many tasks (the last rental required us to wash, dry, and put away all towels and dishes) that it’s hard to get them all done! With the check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 2:00 PM, we actually had time to enjoy a walk on the beach the prior to our departure. Kudos to Cobb Realty!

The house was amazing and the ocean view was fabulous! The kitchen was large and had all the utensils and cookware! Beds were very comfortable! We highly recommend and plan to return.

Hooked on a Feeling is a very nice cabin with easy access to the beach. The beach view from deck was wonderful. I had a very small issue called Cobb's and maintenance man was there in no time. Second time renting from Cobb's real estate and will continue to use them in the future.
