House has plenty of space for gathering with 2 large living areas on different floors, 4 full baths and a half bath and the kitchen was stocked with all the equipment necessary to make a big dinner for 14 people.

The ice maker in the freezer does not work, and the auxiliary ice maker in the lower level family room also does not work. The grill barely heated above 200 hundred degrees and even on high the burners produced low flame. Many of the blinds were broken and the windows need replaced (don't open or close easily). The wood around the stairs is rotting and falling apart.
