The location was amazing, with a stunning view of snow-capped mountains from the outdoor area, and the resort had a charming cabin-in-the-woods vibe that we truly loved. Breakfast was great, and the staff were extremely cooperative and accommodating throughout our stay. Cell reception can be weak in the area, but thankfully the resort provides a pretty good Wi-Fi connection, which helped a lot. The only downside was the frequent power outages due to the local load-shedding schedule—power went out around 3–4 times an hour, requiring the generator to be turned on and off repeatedly—which is why I rated the stay an 8 instead of a 9. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience.
