The location and the comfort

The location of the hotel should have ensured we had a peaceful experience.
Unfortunately, the hotel was still being built while we stayed and the noise continued until 20:30hrs on a Sunday which is not acceptable. Also we were given a room next to the prayer area and as non Muslims, I felt this to be a bit sensitive and not the best decision to make by the staff being that soundproofing is not the best in Pakistan hotels.

The location was great. It was new. The rooms and views were very awesome. They upgraded the room for free. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good.
There was construction going on, so there was dirt. The lifts were not working. kids area was not functional. Only UPS has no generator, so most of the things were not working. I was not able to explore everything with my family as the lifts were not working. No heating. They said we can get a heater for some price. The kids' playing area was not functional. No other mentioned amenities were working.
