The place is close to the train station, but further from the old city. I had an early train, so this worked well. The hosts are nice and accommodating - I was allowed to leave my luggage for 10 days, and that was super helpful. The room was clean.
My room was next to the water pump that would make regular noise, and I could not sleep well. Also, there are tons of mosquitoes in the house.

Nice place, good people. Exceeded expectations, surely. Incredible value, quite close by to many things, though still out of the way enough for some peace. 10 out of 10, A++++++++. The breakfast they put out is nice, nice garden. Memorable stay!
