Villa Solene

The host was incredibly accommodating and flexible, even adjusting our check-in time to suit our young family. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we extended our stay by several nights! The property was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the pool was fantastic. Although a little out of the way, there was a convenient Coco Mart nearby for supplies, and getting to the main attractions like Ubud was easy enough. Overall, it offered the perfect balance between exploring Bali and enjoying a peaceful, authentic Balinese setting where we could truly relax.

The air conditioning units seemed a little dated and could have been more effective at cooling the rooms. The cleaners were fantastic, very thorough, and clearly took pride in their work. However, the cleaning could take quite a long time, which was occasionally inconvenient when spending the day at the property. Perhaps a quicker daily tidy-up, with a more thorough clean every few days, would offer a better balance. These were only minor points and didn't detract from an otherwise wonderful stay.
