It's got a good location next to the river bank with the opportunity to swim on the nearby shoal. It is fairly spacious, has an american style kitchen which is well equipped with appliances. Also, there's a stove in the living room with the possibility to heat the place up if needed with some available timber. It's got a vista on the Danube with a big patio which has multiple chairs and benches to sit on. The garden is rather large, also there's a covered inner summer-time community area in it.

The floor is not insulated adequately, slippers or slides may need to be used. The bedroom does not have a separate heating unit, it could be chilly for some. It's a bit far from the local shops, even though TESCO is fairly close at the other side of the bridge.
