Originally built around 1885 and thoughtfully expanded in 2022, this house has remained in the same family for generations, offering a unique blend of historic charm and modern convenience. The interior is a stunning mix of antique features and contemporary appliances, including hand-painted switch plates and light fixtures painted by the owner's grandmother that add to the home’s character. The kitchen sink is original to the house with full drain boards on both sides. The spacious kitchen also boasts a huge island, perfect for meal prep or gathering with loved ones.

The home’s outdoor spaces are equally impressive, with upper and lower decks in the backyard providing ample seating for everyone to relax and enjoy the fresh air; you can even see the ocean from the upper deck. The large live oak tree—standing proud for over 100 years—creates a peaceful, shaded atmosphere perfect for unwinding. Grill up your favorite meals and enjoy alfresco dining, or rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach.

Inside, the upstairs is dedicated to the primary suite which features an ensuite bathroom with both a large walk in shower and a stunning antique claw foot tub, offering a luxurious way to unwind.
