About this house rental
-Seawall blocks from Pleasure Pier walk to all PLUS trolley will take you to remainder of island.
-Across the parking lot & street from large beach with lifeguard.
-Sleeps 16 (Queen sofa bed makes sleeping for 18). 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 10 total mattresses (5 double mattresses, 1 Queen, 1 king, 2 singles, 1 queen pullout couch).
-Very popular location judt steps to large/deep beach (Dont know why it says 2 minutes to beach. It IS right there).
-Easily walkable to many restaurants (Salt Grass, Bennos, Texasdelphia, Longboard, Galvez, Dennys, Bubba Gumps, Fish tails) and bars with only 8 blocks to Pleasure Pier.
-Trolley on the corner for full public transportation. Easy walk to Bishops Palace/Sacred Heart/Ashton villa. I walk through the Victorian home to the Strand too (but I take the trolley or taxi home).
-Large living/dining/kitchen so everyone can hangout together (seating for 17 and 4 additional chairs to move as you please) -Wonderful deck to relax and view the gulf and pelicans coming over. Watch the sun rise. Grill and beach stuff provided.
*** -Do NOT take the parking passes when you leave. (The City does NOT allow me to replace the passes but 1x per year) If you take the parking passes you will be charged until the pass is returned.

The house is located right across the street from the beach and close to several amenities. Beth, the owner, was a great resource to us - even helping lining up transportation when we had rental car issues. Definitely would recommend!

I can't express how wonderful this was. We all had such a great time! The fully equipped kitchen, plenty of dishes to go around, plenty of towels, all the extra thoughtful things like shampoo and throw blankets, a grill on the back porch, wow! We will definitely stay again and will recommend to all our friends!
