The master bedroom looks out to the gulf and offers a king-sized bed with luxurious linens, a flat screen TV, plus a private bathroom with shower/tub combo and vanity area. The second bedroom offers bunk beds with memory foam mattresses and our signature soft linens, and is a separate room with a door - great for kids who need to go to sleep earlier so the grown-ups can enjoy movie night or cocktails on the balcony.

A second full bathroom also provides a tub/shower combo. If needed, the comfy sofa pulls out to a full-size bed with a mattress pad and linens for a great night's sleep. If you want to avoid the elevators, then you're just 4 flights up, which is a huge plus during peak times!

Shores of Panama charges a parking/resort fee of $85.00. This is per stay, and not per person. This fee provides your parking pass plus wristbands for all guests in your party, giving you access to all the amenities, including private beach access, pools, hot tub, and fitness center.

Condo 412 is located on the 4th floor.
$85 registration fee on-site for 1 parking permit and 6 property wristbands. (No more than 1 permit is granted)
*This condo is self-check-in but you will need to stop by the concierge to pay for and pick up your registration packet.
The armbands give you access to the fitness center, heated indoor pool, hot tub, outdoor lagoon-style pool, and the beautiful white sandy beach on the Emerald Coast of the Gulf of Mexico.

Important things to know
*Registered guest occupying the condo must be 25 or older.
**Registered guest occupying the condo must complete the rental agreement which requires a credit or debit card be placed on file to protect the condo against damages.
***Absolutely no pets. The complex requires ALL service animals to be pre-approved prior to arrival. The complex will not accept emotional support animals as they are not considered service animals under Florida law protecting lodging establishments.
***Absolutely no smoking or vaping. Smoking or vaping in the condo will result in a $1000 fine.
