We love the pool and the location.
Our room was terrible. Not only was it not clean, the ceiling was falling in the hall way (literally pieces of the ceiling on the ground). None of the beds were comfortable at all and the twin under the bunkbed was stuck and wouldn’t pull out. None of our tvs worked the entire time we were there and all of the dishes were dirty. Our experience last year was a million times better last year. Very disappointing when you save hard earned money to come there.

The pool and beach area is great.
The elevator’s were awful!! Not enough elevator’s on the property and there was always at least one out of order. Having to wait over 45 minutes for an elevator is ridiculous. And the parking garage is horrendous.
