Welcome to this modern 3-story townhome in the heart of Grand Junction, just minutes from Colorado Mesa University and Suplizio Stadium. Designed with both comfort and simplicity in mind, this allergy-friendly home features two cozy bedrooms with queen beds on the top floor, a bright and inviting living space with a fully equipped kitchen on the second level, and a private compact garage on the ground floor for secure parking and easy access. With clean lines, thoughtful amenities, and a pet-free, smoke-free environment, it's the perfect retreat for travelers seeking a fresh, peaceful stay near the best of downtown, campus life, and outdoor adventure.
When you enter the home, you will climb one of two staircases into the beautiful and open kitchen and living room area. The fully stocked kitchen is spacious and has a bar area into the living room so that you can visit while your preparing meals and spread out while hosting friends and family. There is also a half bath off of the kitchen. You will go up the second flight of stairs to the bedrooms and full bathroom floor. Both bedrooms have queen beds with walk in closets. For fresh air, there are private balconies off both bedrooms. There is also a washer and dryer for convenience.
Seven days prior to your check-in date, you will receive an email with the necessary information. Additionally, two hours before your check-in, a text message will be sent, containing the property address and the smart lock door code.

Our goal is to make this a wonderful and memorable vacation for you. Please review the Good Neighbor sign posted in the guest directory for details.
• Sound – quiet hours 10pm to 8am unless posted differently in the home.
• Trash – keep trash in containers provided, all trash must be placed in provided bags prior to placing in the outdoor garbage containers.
• Smoking – no smoking of any tobacco or marijuana inside the home, please dispose of all butts outside in appropriate trash containers.
