The house is located in the center of Torch Lake Village, an exclusive location, and is walking distance from the Torch Lake Marina, private subdivision beach, and Johnny's Torch Riviera restaurant.

This spacious house is approximately 1200sq ft with parking for 3 vehicles and private front yard that overlooks Torch Lake. (Guests' boats are not permitted due to parking limitations).  Main bedroom has a king bed with TV and 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunkbed over a full bunkbed. There are 2 full bathrooms with showers, the first with heated floors and the 2nd has a stackable washer and dryer. The living area has a large sitting area with TV and large windows that overlook the lake and front yard.  The kitchen is fully equipped with all your major large and small appliances, including an icemaker, beverage cooler/mini fridge, Ninja smoothie blender and Ninja smart-oven/air-fryer.  Private front deck with dining table, gas grill, and smokeless firepit in the yard with additional seating.
