About this house rental
Escape to tranquility at this beautiful Torch Lake retreat, where lakeside
living meets modern comfort. Nestled along the sparkling waters of Torch Lake,
this home offers direct beach access across from the famous sandbar for
endless days of sun, sand, and swimming. Whether you're lounging on the
private shoreline or enjoying the crystal-clear views from the deck,
relaxation comes easy here. Two complimentary kayaks are included.
Inside, you'll find a spacious and welcoming layout with stylish decor, a
fully equipped kitchen with luxury appliances (including an ice maker and
drink cooler/minifridge), and cozy living spaces perfect for unwinding after a
fun-filled day outdoors. Our home comfortably sleeps up to 7 with two full
baths, along with thoughtful touches to make your stay comfortable and
memorable.
Relax with the whole family at this elegant lake house—guests have priority
access to a pontoon rental through our local marina partner (rented
separately). Let us know if you’d like help securing one, as availability goes
quickly!

ranging from 22' to 25', up to 14 person capacity, from $425 to $575 daily

Torch Lake is the world's 3rd most beautiful lake, and the famous sandbar is
nearby our house. Step outside to discover a perfect setting for al fresco
dining, stargazing, or simply soaking in the serene beauty of northern
Michigan. With easy access to water activities like boating, kayaking, and
fishing, adventure is always at your doorstep. The house is located in the
center of Torch Lake Village, an exclusive location, and is walking distance
from the Torch Lake Marina, private subdivision beach, and Johnny's Torch
Riviera restaurant.
This spacious house is approximately 1200sq ft with parking for 3 vehicles and
private front yard that overlooks Torch Lake. (Guests' boats are not permitted
due to parking limitations). Main bedroom has a king bed with TV and 2nd
bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunkbed over a full bunkbed. There are 2 full
bathrooms with showers, the first with heated floors and the 2nd has a
stackable washer and dryer. The living area has a large sitting area with TV
and large windows that overlook the lake and front yard. The kitchen is fully
equipped with all your major large and small appliances, including an
icemaker, beverage cooler/mini fridge, Ninja smoothie blender and Ninja smart-
oven/airfryer. Private front deck with dining table, gas grill, and smokless
firepit in the yard with additional seating.

The garage at the bottom of the hill in the front yard belongs to the
neighbor. Please do not climb on the roof. We are not responsible for injuries
or any action the neighbor may take against renters for damage or trespassing.

We had an amazing stay at the Torch Lake House! The home was nestled in the backyard trees which made the stay feel real cozy. The inside of the house had a wonderful clean, open, and light feel that was very inviting. Every detail was attended to that allowed for a wonderful experience. It was in close walking distance to the beautiful Torch lake. We even enjoyed using the two kayaks provided. And in the front yard, we grilled up some delicious fish we caught on Lake Michigan. There were plenty of boat rental companies around the lake too. Do try to make reservations ahead of time! Thank you for your wonderful accommodations you provided for our family!!

Gorgeous clean lake with great views of it from the front porch. The house is clean and everything is provided to have a great time.We also went to Charlevoix and Traverse City for day trips. Beautiful Michigan!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful home on Torch Lake! Everything was incredibly clean, which made us feel right at home. The house was spacious and comfortable for our family of seven (my husband and I plus our five kids), and we had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun-filled stay.The location is absolutely ideal – just a short walk to the lake, which made it easy to enjoy swimming, paddleboarding, and soaking up the incredible views. We rented a pontoon boat for several days and had the best time exploring the crystal-clear waters of Torch Lake – it’s truly one of the most beautiful lakes we’ve ever seen.On top of that, the home is in a perfect spot close to local restaurants, a hardware store, and a convenient store – all just a quick walk or bike ride away. It made grabbing a bite to eat or picking up essentials super easy throughout the tripCommunication with the owners was smooth and easy – they were always responsive and helpful, which made the entire experience stress-free.Overall, this was one of our favorite family trips and we would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, well-located, and family-friendly place to stay on Torch Lake. We’re already talking about coming back!
