The living room features a sectional sofa and chair so comfortable you'll find it hard to leave! Enjoy your favorite movies on the Smart TV or nestle down on the couch with a good book. Adjoining the kitchen is a lovely dining room with seating for seven. The marvelous kitchen is complete with everything needed to prepare a gourmet meal and dine in. Right off the kitchen is a lovely screened-in porch with a table and seating for four.
The master suite is striking with a beautiful king-size bed, TV, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, and a private bath suite. The second bedroom has a king bed, a dresser, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom. The third bedroom features two twin beds, flat-screen TV, and a dresser. Another full bath serves the third bedroom.

The Havens community has its private swimming pool, pool house with bathroom facilities, lounge chairs, umbrella tables, and a picnic area with BBQ grills!
