The suite has everything you need. It has a bedroom, living room, kitchen and dining room. As well as a wonderful terrace, with a spectacular private pool and seating area for sunbathing or having breakfast outdoors.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, microwave, toaster, juicer and all the necessary cooking utensils. In the accommodation you will also have at your disposal a hair dryer, washing machine, parking area, towels, sheets. In addition to, SMART TV Television, Netflix, WIFI and satellite receiver with more than 200 television channels in English, German and French.
Guests are required to show a valid ID upon check-in.
VACATION HOUSING
- The nightly rest of the neighbors must be respected. It is mandatory to control the emission of sounds after 10:00 p.m.
- Loss of keys will incur a surcharge of €50.
- Smoking is only allowed on the terrace of the house.

Minimalistic and cozy, this fully equipped apartment has everything you need to enjoy your vacations at best.
The owner is very nice and caring, always trying to help by providing every needed information to plan excursions, enjoy nice food and drinks and simply relax.
Nice beaches, big supermarkets and shopping malls around as well as strategically located in the middle of the island, which means short driving to reach northern and southern coasts in half an hour.
