It was a neat house but if you can’t do a lot of stairs this one isn’t for you! Everything else was awesome!

We rented this condo for our family of 4 (2 parents + 2 teenage kids) for our Nashville vacation. It was super nice that we (parents, teenager 1 and teenager 2) basically each had our own floor of the condo. The kids appreciated having their own spaces. The kitchen was equipped with most everything you need (except for a pizza cutter). It was nice to have a kitchen space to prepare some meals in and not need to eat out every meal. The dishwasher was missing most of its wheels so that was weird. The neighborhood is a little sketchy and nothing was really within walking distance. We had a car there so it was ok. The pre-visit cleaning could use a little work. The ceiling fans and toilets were quite dirty. Overall it was ok; suited our needs but didn't blow me away.

The rooms were as pictured, spacious house. Plenty of everything we needed for our four night stay: trash bags, dish washing supplies, bathroom essentials, etc. The kitchen was set up nicely, loved the gas stove. Location was 10 minutes from downtown and 15 minutes from the Opry and the mall. Would definitely stay here again.

The neighborhood is kind of sketch but you can tell all of these condos are pretty much vacation rentals. The place just didn’t seem cleaned. There was hair found throughout the house and in the beds. The floors look like they hadn’t been swept and dust bunnies on the stairs. There was weed on the patio from previous renters. I think the frustrating part was that we asked to check in 2 hours earlier and no one responded. I assumed it was because the cleaning people were still there but apparently not. The water in the shower by the kitchen would not get hot at all! Honestly this would have been a nice home to rent if the shower actually worked and it was clean.
