30 day min stay. Single story. Fenced yard. Community Pool area. This has excellent highway access and within minutes of I-35, I-170 and 114. Close proximity to major hospitals, financial institutions, DFW airport and 20 minutes to Downtown Fort Worth and medical district. No cats allowed. Haslet, Alliance, Southlake, North Fort Worth, Saginaw, Keller, Roanoke, Trophy Club, Westlake.
Indulge in comfort within this inviting single-story, well separated bedroom home, complete with a convenient two-car garage and access to desirable community amenities. Imagine unwinding in a beautifully updated master bathroom, featuring modern touches like a sleek frameless shower and a spacious soaking tub. Guest Rooms: One queen bedroom and one bedroom with two twin beds (with plenty of pillows). Second Bathroom: Full bath with a convenient tub/shower combination.
Relax & Enjoy: The inviting living room boasts massive TV. Step outside to unwind at the outdoor covered patio with seating and a BBQ grill for delightful evening meals. A convenient laundry room with an oversized washer and dryer is also available for your use.
Licenses are required for all guests over 18 and rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking.
No cats. Other pets on case-by-case basis. Enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry supplies, dishwasher detergent and coffee to get you started. Any refunds issued will be subject to a 20% fee to cover platform expenses and service fees.
Due to severe owner allergies, nicotine may not come into our house, even third hand. There are absolutely no exceptions. Employers who book third party reservations must pre-screen their workers for nicotine use. Booking on behalf of their employees is at their own risk as violators will be immediately cancelled with no refund and charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.
Last minute reservations could take up to 10 days to get processed for pool access.
