This community is easily drivable and walkable! Really cute and safe neighborhood

* Please pile used bedding in each room * Towels can be piled in the bathrooms * Any used dishes need to go into the dishwasher & start the cycle * Pick up all trash and throw it away * Make sure to ensure you have all of your items before you leave :)
*We know accidents happen. However, for any items that (may) get damaged or broken, we will charge for the replacement . As well as excessive deep cleaning after the stay. Please remember to clean up to avoid any extra cleaning charges. For excessive cleaning after stay, we will charge $250 or more.
*This is a NO smoking Airbnb. Smoking inside the house will result in extra charges.
*Check out later than 10am will result in a late check out fee. We have a 10am sharp check out time to be able to get the house prepared for the next guest.

The house was easy to find and great location to restaurants, Walmart, and race track. Everything was clean and had a warm welcoming feeling to it. We hope it is available for next year when we come back.

We did not bring pets, so i am not sure about them, but the experience was very favorable. If we ever go to Justin texas again we will definitely rent here again!
