This listing is for the **Main House only**, which sleeps 4. See our other listing to rent both the main and bunk houses, which sleeps up to 14. The main house has 2 king bedrooms/bathrooms plus a half bath. This home is located on two acres along the shores of Lake Austin. You will have access to 200 feet of private lakefront complete with two private docks and a sandy swimming beach. The home just finished a complete renovation in 2024 with renowned Austin designer Annie Downing Interiors.

A huge L-shaped couch surrounds the 65” TV in the living room with an additional bench and stools for extra seating.
The chef’s kitchen features new Café appliances including a French door refrigerator, separate beverage and wine refrigerator, a dual-fuel commercial-style range with 6 burners, an additional built-in wall oven with microwave, dishwasher, a pressure cooker, toaster, blender, two coffee makers (Keurig and Moccamaster) and all the tools needed to create memorable meals.
Master Suite: Open the curtains to enjoy lake views from all the windows in the master. Here you’ll find a king bed, ceiling fan, ensuite bathroom with double vanity, a huge shower with a separate tub, and a walk-in closet with a washer and dryer. This room also has desk space, perfect for doing work away from the office.
2nd Bedroom: This room features a king bed, lounge chair, closet, and full bathroom. There is an additional half bath for guests in between the bedrooms.
