About this house rental
The 3 BR/3 Bath Main House sleeps 8 guests. Two bedrooms have king beds and one bedroom has 4 bunk beds. The house offers spacious living and dining areas adjacent to a massive outdoor entertaining deck with spectacular Lake Austin views. Downstairs, on the private oversized patio, an 8-person hot tub is the perfect place to unwind.
The 2 BR/1 Bath Guest House comfortably sleeps up to 4 Additional Guests (12 total guests). The Guest House has one king bed and one queen bed along with a sofa that can lay flat or sleeping. It also has a fully-equipped kitchen and private balcony with water views. Photos of the Guest House are included in the photo album.
There's plenty of outdoor activities, a BBQ grill and cast iron smoker, kayaks, life-jackets, horseshoes, bocce, ping-pong, croquet, cornhole, and polish horseshoes (which is a blast if you haven’t ever played it)! Stream your favorite playlist while enjoying our upstairs/downstairs outdoor stereo system!
We can also recommend local providers that rent paddle boards, boats, jet-skis, etc. There is also a boat ramp nearby and there is ample parking on-site to safely store your boat during the stay. There is also ample, private, secure parking for guests and trailers.
Located just 25 minutes from the heart of downtown Austin, but more importantly, easily accessible to many hill-country attractions. Steiner Ranch Steakhouse and The Oasis are a just few of our favorites. Whether you're looking to enjoy a summer getaway, family reunion, wakeboarding competition, world-renowned Lake Austin spa, Formula 1 Race, SXSW or ACL Festival, ROT Rally, or other special event… we offer you our hospitality.
Reservations are not confirmed without a 50% deposit. NO PETS and NO SMOKING is allowed. NO GUESTS UNDER 25 without parent or legal guardian and NO BACHELOR OR BACHELORETTE PARTIES. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. Violation of this rule will result in removal from property and forfeiture of monies paid.
Guests must be able to climb a flight of stairs in order to access houses. Guest is required to sign a rental agreement contract prior to booking.

We had the most wonderful time at this property! Great location on Lake Austin at the base of beautiful green hillsides and flowing cool water. The lawn, the massive deck and all of the other separate relaxation areas were perfect for our group. Our extended family ranged from 18 to 88 yrs old and all were comfortable and happy. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of fridge space (extras in garage), and the guest house was a perfect "extra" for our crew to be able to spread out. So nice to not be on top of each other. The hosts were all exceptional and VERY responsive to our questions and needs. The grassy lawn was a huge draw; from a quiet cup of coffee in the morning by the water, to happy hour festivities and lawn games in the afternoon, the space was well utilized. Evenings were spent on the large outdoor couch on the upper deck watching shooting stars and searching out constellations. So very comfortable. We can't wait to return!!! Cheers to these great hosts!
