The 80 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, and can therefore accommodate up to 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, TV, air conditioning and a washing machine. A baby cot is also available. The holiday home features a private open terrace, ideal for relaxing in the evening.
The property is located very close to the beach and offers a lovely sea view. It is 4 km from the city centre, 6 km from Palermo Central Station, 13 km from Monreale, 16 km from Isola delle Femmine, 32 km from Palermo Airport and 73 km from Cefalù.

Wow. It was fabulous. Far from the madding crowd. Its on the edge of Palermo overlooking a little used beach. You get the authentic taste of Sicily here. One of the best restaurants we have ever eaten at is about 200 meters from the front door. Trizzano. You couldn't get a more attentive landlord. He was fabulous, great guy. If you can we would suggest that you use his taxi service. He is 100% cheaper than the opposition.
