Spacious two-level apartment located on the second and third floors (no elevator) in the Marina di Villa Igiea neighborhood. The unit comprises the main, front portion of a subdivided large period apartment. Just a short walk from the home, you can visit the historic Arsenale della Real Marina, which houses the Museo del Mare, and the picturesque Cimitero degli Inglesi. Along the coastline and the picturesque marina, you can admire the Art Nouveau architectural masterpieces of Villa Igiea and the monumental Villa Belmonte. Dominating the entire surrounding landscape is the majestic Monte Pellegrino Nature Reserve, ideal for hikes and panoramic views of the coast.
The entrance to the home opens onto the living area, which features a double sofa bed, a TV, and a dining table; the fully equipped kitchen is located within the open-concept space. The sleeping area is on the lower level and consists of two double bedrooms—one with an en suite bathroom featuring a shower, and the other sharing a bathroom (also with a shower) on the same floor. Rounding out the home’s layout are a small study and a wonderful terrace with a view; these areas are accessed via a staircase located at the apartment’s entrance. The terrace is furnished with an outdoor table, perfect for enjoying the view.
