The pool was clean and the water was refreshing. WiFi was really good and the fact that there were free treats in the kitchen area was a nice surprise.

• Pool hours were a letdown — closing at 18:30 during the peak of summer felt like a missed opportunity to enjoy the warm evenings. It was a baffling decision. • Noise issues every night — despite the apartments being mostly empty, there were loud gatherings from outside guests that made it hard to relax. • Uninvited housekeeping — even after explicitly asking not to have our room cleaned, the cleaning staff entered every morning. On one occasion, we were even asked to leave our room so they could clean it. Quite intrusive and puzzling. • Breakfast was bare-bones — just a few sweet buns, some yogurt, milk, and cereal. If we hadn’t bought our own food, breakfast would’ve been nearly nonexistent.
