We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. The house is really lovely and comfortable, with lots of thoughtful touches for a relaxing stay. There are beautiful views of the ocean from the living areas and 2 of the bedrooms. It's located in a very nice, peaceful neighborhood and close to many great restaurants and shopping. The outdoor spaces are spacious and nicely furnished and the path directly to the beach is great. We have rented from Beachhaus a few times and we have always had excellent communication and attention to detail from this company.

Absolutely amazing stay and hope to come again. The beds very very comfortable, kitchen well equipped and all the gear for the beach readily accessible. Great location with no need to drive anywhere. Hope to stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tutu's surf house. The location cannot be beat, with a private access path right off the back gate to two incredible surf breaks. The beach in front of the house is perfect and dog friendly. The house was super clean with all the amenities you needed for a beach vacation. We rented e-bikes and never had to get in a car. There is an amazing selection of breakfast cafes and dinner spots a quick ride from the house, as well as fun shopping. The rail trail connects Solana Beach and downtown Encinitas for more shopping and restaurants.
The house hosts were incredibly responsive to all of our messages and had all the best recommendations. The house is set on the back side of a quiet cul-de-sac, the only noise is the ocean waves crashing. We highly recommend this rental.

We stayed one month at this wonderful beach house. The home is nicely decorated, clean, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood, a private path to the beach, equipped with everything you need, and walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping and hiking trails. The views are to die for, especially from upstairs, and the sound of the ocean will lull you to sleep each night. The management is great, and respond to any inquiry immediately. We can't wait to return!
