Three bedroom in United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Pontardawe

The accomodation was quite lovely, beautiful surroundings, quiet and still, easy parking and not too far from different amenities. Also nice having an onsuite bathroom for each room. The standard of the let was 3.5* the oven was not very clean or maintained inside and the skirting board continued to fall, the door on the shower kept jamming and the wet room allowed water to wonder further than it should when in use. These are trivialities though really. The real let down was the transparency of the booking. After booking for agreed amount, we were notified the cleaning cost was accidentally left out. +£100. The booking is a selling point for its hot tub, but in the advert it doesnt tell you its an extra £100 if you want to use it! I rate the property for a pleasant get away, but it fails to impress because of the poor customer care due to extra costs to get the full use of the let. If all was clear from the booking that would make it a worthwhile consideration. All in all we enjoyed our brief stay but felt a bit cheated in the end sadly.
