This charming private property is just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful historic centre of Ostuni. 3 independent flats with a spacious outdoor area in the middle of an oasis of nature offer a fantastic panorama and the jacuzzi for communal use promises relaxation!
The upper apartment (App. 1) that we offer here is a spacious 1-bedroom apartment with a double bed, bathroom, kitchenette and a wonderful terrace (for exclusive use).
Are you looking for a country-style holiday home that is also close to the city, ideally within walking distance of the picturesque centro storico and just a few minutes' drive from the sea? This property is the perfect answer. The charming holiday flats at Ostuni Green Hills are spread over several levels and each has a private entrance.
Surrounded by nature, the property is characterised by a characteristic country house ambience with a feel-good atmosphere. There are idyllic corners and views that would undoubtedly provide creative inspiration for painters.
Mediterranean agaves, evergreen olive and eucalyptus trees, towering prickly pears and various palm trees form the entourage.
Oleander bushes provide harmonious colour accents.
The outdoor area offers various inviting seating areas, idyllically situated communal areas, sun terraces with loungers for enjoyable and relaxing hours outdoors and a jacuzzi (6 seats). This is offered free of charge, but must be booked in advance with the owner.
