Luxurious villa in Mykonos situated in the southwest of the Island in the area of Aleomandra, 80 meters from the sea front with magnificent views, a great sunset overlooking the Aegean Sea in the direction of Delos island, well protected by the strong northern winds.
The villa is modernly furnished and has a large swimming pool with overflow on its sea view side.
There are 4 bedrooms in total, 3 in the main house and one pool adjacent.
All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, satellite tv, silent refrigerators with glass doors (mini-bars), high quality safes both well hidden inside the closets and air-conditioning.
The house has wi-fi internet support.
There are plenty of open spaces and verandas with pergolas and at the pool side there are umbrellas and deck-chairs. The villa has one parking space.
The nearest beaches are Psarou-Nammos, Ai-Yiannis , Glyfadi and Ornos beach.

Minimum stay: 1 week; 5 nights from 23 Sept. to 31 Oct.
The arrival time is fixed, between 3.00 p.m. and 8.00 p.m. unless a different agreement has been made in writing. The departure time is within 10.00 a.m.
A damage deposit of € 2.000, has to be paid upon arrival and it is refundable at the end of the stay.

We will definitely come back!
Perfect villa to spend a week in Mykonos. The villa in which we slept was comfortable, clean and nothing was missing; the terrace outside is very large and comfortable. the owner/villa manager is a fantastic person always very kind and available to help. The house is in a fantastic location, close to beaches and supermarkets and 10/15 minutes by scooter from the discos.We were a party of 8 people and we all enjoyed very much everything, a really nice touch were the daily cleaning and of course the dream panoramic pool area.We will definitely come back!Source: My Rental Homes
