Villa Jasper by Mykonos Stays

The layout of the Villa was excellent and the pool glorious. Kevin the host was super helpful and responsive despite not being in Mykonos.

Kevin the host was exceptional - very responsive and beyond helpful (with taxis, recommendations, boat hire etc) he couldn't have been better. We had an issue with one of the AC units, which was sorted the same day too. The high winds blew a load of mess into the pool, so he got the pool guy round to sort it immediately. The cleaner came daily and was very good. We also had a much later check out at no cost, which was helpful (4pm flight meant we could use the pool etc until 1pm)

The place is a little tired and needs some TLC. A few points: - beds need washable mattress protectors on, god knows what's happened on some of them - the beds need to be lifted and vacuumed underneath, as even though the cleaner came daily - the dust moves around and you get dusty feet in the rooms - the lounge has lamps, but they have no light fittings in them, so they are redundant - the kitchen has what you need, but it's tired and has missing door knobs etc - two of the bathrooms have static electricity issues with the showers. If you have the bathroom light on, the shower units feel as if you're getting a mild shock when you touch them. It also passes through the water, which of course isn't great, especially with kids

Zentrale Lage!!! Netter Pool, mit tollem Ausblick!!! Haushälterin hat jeden Tag die Müllbehälter gewechselt und „halbwegs“ das Haus gereinigt. Der Preis in der Vorsaison okay.

Keine ordentliche Bettwäsche. Wassertemperatur in der Dusche schwer regulierbar, es dauerte ewig bis warmes Wasser kam. Auch kein Wasserdruck, teilweise tröpfelte nur das Wasser. Die Küche eher schmuddelig. Schmutzige Töpfe, zerschlagene Gläser…es gab nicht mal ein Geschirrtuch. Eine Waschmaschine war verfügbar, jedoch kein Wäscheständer. Laut Internetbeschreibung und nochmaliger Nachfrage beim Besitzer sollte dieser im Waschmaschinenraum stehen, aber leider war im ganzen Haus keiner auffindbar. Also wozu Wäsche waschen, wenn kein Wäscheständer oder Aufhängemöglichkeit? Am ersten Tag gab es im Badezimmer und im Loungebereich auf der Terrasse kein Licht. Das Problem wurde dem Besitzer gemeldet. Am nächsten Tag gab es zwar wieder Licht im Badezimmer doch das Lichtproblem bei der Lounge wurde den gesamten Aufenthalt nicht behoben-somit konnte man am Abend auch nie dort sitzen. Die Bilder vom Haus im Internet- da denkt man „wow“-aber eigentlich ist alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen und stark abgenutzt. Habe mir die Preise in der Hochsaison für dieses Haus angesehen-ist es echt nicht wert!!!
