About this house rental
Beautiful townhouse in downtown Miami, just steps away from all amenities. The townhouse is located one block from the main avenue, where you’ll find all the supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops, and stores. It’s 500 meters from the beaches. A 10-minute walk away is the boardwalk, and the famous Miami coves are the same distance away.
The townhouse has a fantastic PRIVATE patio measuring about 70m2. On the first floor, there is a living/dining room with a TV and air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with a laundry area, a half-bath, access to the PRIVATE underground garage with space for one car, and an exit to the patio with an outdoor table and chairs. On the first floor, there is the master bedroom with a 150-cm bed, a double bedroom with trundle beds, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a double bedroom with a 135-cm bed. The first floor also has air conditioning in all bedrooms.
It has a huge patio where children can play safely.
Families only. Youth groups are not allowed. The complex is quiet and family-friendly, with community guidelines in place to ensure a peaceful, safe, and pleasant stay for all guests and neighbors.
1)Tourist tax of 1 euro per person per day for guests over 16 years of age, with a maximum of 7 nights; to be paid in cash upon arrival.
2) The resort is quiet and family-friendly, with quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. During this time, we kindly ask that you keep quiet. Outside of quiet hours, please avoid disturbing the neighbors and be respectful.
3) Any type of party or event is strictly prohibited.
4) Take care of the house and leave it in the same condition as you found it. Please let us know about any issues with the furniture or facilities.
For an additional fee (please request in advance):
- Cribs, high chairs, and bed rails are available upon request.
A charge of 100 euros applies for each set of lost or unreturned keys.
Check-in after 10:00 p.m. incurs a fee of 30 euros.
