Miami Platja: Cosy, comfortable terraced house "Marinada", 2 storeys, semi-detached. In the centre of Miami Playa, in a central position, 500 m from the sea, 500 m from the beach. Private: property (fenced), swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 80 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking at the house. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 500 m, bus stop 230 m, railway station "Hospitalet de l'Infant" 2.8 km, sandy beach 500 m. Nearby attractions: Parque Portaventura 20 km, Parque Aquolopis 23 km, Parque Natural del Delta del Ebro 53 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
