About this cottage rental
Charming, quiet, 1-BR right on the St. Joseph River, minutes from the ND campus, near airport. Dedicated free parking & private entrance with self check-in. Outdoor sitting area & hammock with river views. Full kitchen. Queen bed with comfortable mattress, attached bath with shower, full size washer/dryer, & ironing board. Close to grocery stores, restaurants. Across the river from St. Patrick’s park. Fast wifi, Roku. Charming and private guest quarters with dedicated parking and separate entrance with self check-in. We are located on ~3 acres of peaceful, tree-filled riverfront property, where you’ll likely see deer and fawns, as well as a family of bunnies out your window. Two guests can comfortably sleep in the Queen bed, and the bedroom has blackout shades for optimal restfulness. An air mattress can optionally sleep two more guests.
